A 6500m2 site in the heritage village of Longford could have provided space for up to 16 units, but this would have meant removing the 60 year old trees growing throughout the site. Taking a different approach, RPPG designed and built 8 x 2 bedroom units, retaining all the site’s aesthetics and micro-climate values - while simultaneously creating a new premium address in Longford.

 

The project sold off the plan at 10% above market value.
